Refunds & Exchanges
Premier Tickets does not permit refunds or exchanges, unless there was a technical problem when processing your order. In rare cases if a refund or exchange is authorized by management, customers must download the refund form at www.premierticketsglobal.com/downloads/refund.pdf.
Refunds must be credited back to the original credit card, there are no exceptions to this rule as our bank enforces this policy on Premier Tickets.
If you wish to make an exchange, you must take your tickets to a Premier Tickets location (coming soon) or to the venue where you can present the old tickets to have them replaced with new tickets for the date and time you wish. Premier Tickets cannot exchange tickets on the phone or after an event, so please ensure you exchange your ticket at the venue.
Late Admission
All ticket holders must ensure they arrive before the stated time of the event. Venue managers reserve the right to refuse admission for late arrivals.
Can I order by phone?
Yes! You can call us anytime on 441-278-1500 to order by phone. Our staff work 24 x 7 and are more than happy to take your order by phone. Please have a valid credit card available so that we may process your order.
I can’t print my tickets!
Don’t worry, simply note your order number and present that to the box office at the theatre or venue. The staff on-site will be able to lookup your order details and re-print your ticket.
Where do I get my tickets?
Your e-tickets are available to you on check-out and emailed to you, please ensure that you check your email spam folder just in case your tickets were accidently filed as spam. Your tickets are contained in the PDF file, which can be viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. These are your tickets, please print them and present to the usher or gate at the event for access.
If you can’t find your tickets in email, then email us at [email protected] and we will have your tickets resent. Or go to the venue or theatre to have the box office manager reprint your tickets.
Are your tickets environmentally friendly?
Our Print @ Home tickets are printed on 8.5 x 11 sheets of paper. We plant cedar trees in Bermuda in lieu of the paper used to print our tickets. We also have e-tickets for your Blackberry and iPhone coming soon.
What movies are playing?
To find out what movies are playing please check our website or call Liberty Theatre at 441-292-7296.
Reserved Seating Events
For our reserved seating events you will only see the seats that are available. If you don’t see the seat you want, it is already sold, please try to find the next best seat.
Password for event?
Some events are asking me for a password, what is that? Some of our events have advanced ticket sales for VIP customers. If you are a VIP customer please contact the event organizer in order to get your advance ticket password.

How secure is your site?
Our website is protected with a SSL certificate to ensure encryption of your credit card data. We do not store any credit card data in our systems. Our data centre is located in Cable & Wireless Bermuda which provides the best security for our servers and ensures maximum uptime.
